Chicago Bulls vs Atlanta Hawks What To Watch:
After losing to the Minnesota Timberwolves 119-135 in their most recent game, the Chicago Bulls are 3-6 to begin the season. They are currently in the center of the pack in the Central Division of the East, and this was their fourth consecutive loss. As the underdogs in this wager, they'll want to end their losing streak.
Before playing the Bulls in this game, the Atlanta Hawks, who are now 4-5, will play the Detroit Pistons. Expect them to win against a Chicago Bulls club that is still struggling to establish themselves. They have looked strong to start the season and most recently defeated the Knicks 121-116.
The Bulls have lost four straight games, including games against the 1-6 Jazz and 3-3 that they might have easily won, despite having a brief period of success early in the season. They must rely on Josh Giddey as their main playmaker because they are projected to remain without Zach LaVine and Lonzo Ball due to injuries. Giddey is now shooting an effective 41% from the field and averaging 13.6 PPG, 6.6 RPG, and 7.0 APG.
In addition to playing significant minutes off the bench, Dalen Terry has been instrumental in helping the Bulls lead on defense.
He plays with guts and intensity, improving the play of those around him while he waits for his offense to improve. Going forward, Nikola Vucevic will need to play a key role in this attack, and he is contributing by finishing 15th in the league in rebounds with an average of 10.1 per game.
After a rocky start to the season, the Atlanta Hawks recently defeated the Knicks thanks to a strong effort from youngster Zaccharie Risacher, who scored 33 points on 60% shooting from the field and beyond the arc.
After a difficult start to the season, he has already demonstrated his full potential as the No. 1 choice thanks to his shrewd playmaking and explosive three-point shooting. Alongside Trae Young, who is about to enter his prime, he is expected to be the franchise's future.
The Hawks' offense greatly benefits from Risacher's spot-up shooting, as he can make the hardest shots with ease thanks to his incredibly quick and smooth release. Expect him to play defensively in close games as well because his 6'8" frame makes him a nice fit to the Hawks' comparatively small roster.
Although fans can't count on him to perform that well every time, he has finally raised the bar for himself and the possibilities are endless.
