Golden State Warriors What To Watch:

The Kings will play five preseason games, compared to the Warriors' six games. The game on Wednesday is a replay of the play-in game from the previous season, in which Sacramento soundly defeated Golden State 118-94. It was also Klay Thompson's last game wearing Warriors uniforms.

The Warriors recently defeated the Clippers in a close game. With only seconds remaining, Golden State was behind 90-88. But Lindy Waters III made a game-winning 3-pointer with a buzzer-beating shot to give the squad a 91-90 victory. In 14 minutes, Steph Curry scored nine points. Moses Moody scored 12 points, while Waters scored 15 to lead the squad in scoring.

Sacramento didn't survive long either, despite the fact that the Kings ended the Warriors' season in the play-in round the previous year. It was ousted from the playoffs after losing the next game, 105-98.

 

Sacramento Kings What To Watch:

The addition of forward DeMar DeRozan to the Kings in the offseason was a significant move. DeRozan offers Sacramento another clutch finisher in addition to De'Aaron Fox, even if they lost Harrison Barnes.

Jordan McLaughlin (Grade 2 right ankle sprain), Devin Carter (left shoulder), Kevin Huerter (left shoulder), and Trey Lyles (groin) won't be available for the Kings.
