The Denver Nuggets vs. Brooklyn Nets game at the Barclays Center is one of just four NBA games planned for October 29. The Nets are hoping to build on their victory (115-102) against the Milwaukee Bucks on Sunday, while the Nuggets are fresh off their first victory of the season over the Toronto Raptors.

Denver lost to the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Los Angeles Clippers back-to-back to begin the season. The Thunder then took control of them, and in the fourth quarter, the Clippers outlasted them. They needed overtime to win 127-125 against the Raptors on Monday night, narrowly defeating them.

The Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, will host the Denver Nuggets vs. Brooklyn Nets game at 7:30 p.m. EST.

Due to their poor start to the season, the Denver Nuggets are in desperate need of a 3-point shooter. Brooklyn has suffered defeats to the Orlando Magic and the Atlanta Hawks before to that victory.

The Brooklyn Nets, meanwhile, are not expected to perform well this season. Despite being completely rebuilt, the Nets seem competitive under coach Jordi Fernandez. They have a group of tenacious veterans and a solid core of young players.

Early in the season, Dennis Schroder has been the Brooklyn Nets' best player. It is likely that he can score more than 16.5 points, which is the favorite, against a Nuggets club that lacks excellent perimeter defenders.
